ABOUT
Nicholas Rowe (PhD, Boston College) is the Hansen Associate Professor of Leadership at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
​
His academic and teaching interests center around historical analyses of cross-cultural interactions and group identity formation in the Atlantic world. This research has informed my ministries in cross-ethnic and cross-racial reconciliation, conflict resolution, peacemaking, discipleship, and inner healing work.
​
He has over thirty years of leadership experience in higher education and nonprofit institutions in the United States and South Africa. He continues to write, teach, and consult about cross-cultural competence, conflict resolution, and healing ministry.

Nicholas is married to Sheila Wise Rowe and lives in Massachusetts, near their adult children and grandchild.
